Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sidnee’s Batch Co.! By placing an order through our website or submitting an order request form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payment
All cookie orders are custom-made and baked to order. Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and confirmed only after payment of your invoice or deposit. Invoices are sent via PayPal, and payment must be received by the due date listed to secure your spot. You pay, then I start the baking process. 

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Because each order is made specifically for you, all payments and deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability.

3. Pick-Up & Delivery
All orders are porch pickup only at our Raleigh, NC location (near Triangle Town Center). Pickup times will be confirmed in your order details. Sidnee’s Batch Co. is not responsible for any damage to products once they have been picked up.

4. Allergies & Ingredients
Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any food allergies when placing an order.

5. Artistic Design
Each cookie is handmade and decorated by Sidnee, meaning slight variations in color and design may occur. We do not replicate other artists’ work exactly but will ensure your order matches your requested theme and overall design.

6. Photography & Promotion
Sidnee’s Batch Co. reserves the right to photograph and share images of any product created for marketing, social media, or promotional use. Your order will never include personal information unless you have given prior consent.
