Custom Order Guidelines
Thank you so much for choosing Sidnee's Batch Co.! I am incredibly grateful to be a part of your most memorable moments and take great pride in baking for you.
Please review the following details carefully before filling out the custom order form.
Ordering, Pickup, & Shipping
Availability: Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
A 2 week notice is required before placing your order. This means your deposit must be paid and your order slot secured 2 weeks before your pickup and/or event date.
A 3 week notice is required for orders that need to be shipped! For all order that need to be shipped the payment must be paid in full- this ensures shipping costs can be covered and that I have enough time to order supplies, fulfill the order, and so that the order arrives on or before your expected due date.
Shipping cost will be included on the invoice when emailed for deposit

Pickup Days: Order pickup is available on Saturdays and Sundays of the week your order is scheduled. (We are flexible and will work with you if we are able to)

Location: Orders placed for pickup in Raleigh, North Carolina (near Triangle Town Center). The exact address will be provided upon project confirmation.

Shipping: an email confirmation and text message will be sent to customer the day the order ships and tracking information will be provided.
Pricing & Customization
When filling out the form, please be as specific as possible in the Details section to ensure your vision comes to life!

Standard Custom Cookies: $65 per dozen & Include up to 6 designs and 6 colors.

In-Depth Character Cookies: $80 per dozen & Include up to 6 designs and 6 colors.

Order Minimum: There is a 1 dozen minimum for all custom orders.

Allergy Notice: Please be advised that all cookies are prepared in a kitchen that is not dairy, wheat, or egg-free.
Packaging
To ensure maximum freshness and easy storage, all cookies are individually sealed in cellophane packaging.

Each dozen is provided in one bakery box.

Please note that we do not offer additional gift wrapping or specialized packaging beyond the individual bags and standard boxing.
Payment Policy
To protect both the business and your requested date, we utilize the following payment structure via PayPal Invoicing:

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date on my calendar.

Final Balance: The remaining 50% of your total is due on the day of pickup.

Rush Orders: Need your cookies sooner? We may be able to accommodate rush orders based on availability. Orders placed with less than 2 weeks notice will require a $15 rush fee per order in addition to your cookie order total.
Rush orders are not guaranteed until availability has been confirmed and your 50% security deposit has been paid to secure your date.
Please note: Rush orders are accepted only when our schedule allows. If we are unable to accommodate your requested date, we will be happy to discuss alternative availability.
Next Steps
Once you have submitted your inquiry, please allow 24–48 hours for a response. After your request is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a text to confirm order details, next steps, and invoicing instructions.
