 Ordering & Notice Requirements

• Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• 2-week notice required for pickup orders — your deposit must be paid to secure your slot.
• 3-week notice required for shipped orders — payment must be paid in full at time of invoicing.
• Only submit this form when you are deposit-ready.

 Pickup & Shipping

• Pickup Days: Saturdays & Sundays (flexible when possible).
• Pickup Location: Raleigh, NC (near Triangle Town Center) — exact address provided upon confirmation.
• Shipping: USPS Flat Rate — $20 per box. Tracking info sent via email & text within 1 hour of shipment.

 Pricing

• Standard Custom Cookies: $65/dozen — up to 6 designs & 6 colors.
• In-Depth Character Cookies: $80/dozen — up to 6 designs & 6 colors.
• Order Minimum: 1 dozen per order.

 Flavors

• Signature Sugar Cookie- Vanilla-Almond Flavor
• Funfetti — signature sugar cookie with rainbow sprinkles

Allergy Notice: All cookies are prepared in a kitchen that is not dairy, wheat, or egg-free.

 Packaging

• All cookies are individually sealed in cellophane for freshness.
• Each dozen is provided in one standard bakery box.
• We do not offer gift wrapping or specialty packaging.

Payment Policy

• Deposit (50%): Non-refundable; required to hold your date. Invoice is valid for 48 hours — if unpaid, you'll need to resubmit.
• Final Balance (50%): Due on the day of pickup.
• Shipped Orders: Paid in full at invoicing (includes shipping cost).
• Rush Orders: +$15 fee for orders placed with less than 2 weeks notice.
