Refund policy
At Sidnee’s Batch Co., each cookie is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final once your full payment has been received.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any baked goods. Once your deposit has been paid- production has begun, ingredients and time are already allocated specifically for your order.
2. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.

After that timeframe, no refunds will be issued as your order will already be in progress or supplies purchased.
3. Missed Pickups
Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window cannot be refunded or remade. Our cookies are made fresh and cannot be resold once prepared. However they will be gifted to a family/friend in need.
4. Allergies & Personal Taste
Since ingredients and flavor preferences vary by individual, refunds cannot be issued based on taste, texture, or personal preference. Please review our ingredient list carefully and disclose any allergies when ordering
